Easy Travel & Services is a travel agency registered in Florida, USA. This is how payments work and what we guarantee on every booking.
You send your request without paying. We check real availability with the rental company, hotel or provider and answer within 24 hours. If there's no availability, you pay nothing.
When we confirm availability we let you know and you have 24 hours to pay. Before sending the request you already saw the total price and its breakdown, in US dollars (USD) and with no hidden fees.
Payment goes to Easy Travel & Services, the agency you book with, by Zelle or bank transfer. Once the booking is confirmed, you'll see the Zelle number in your account; for a transfer we send you the details on WhatsApp. We will never ask you to pay a third party or use another method.
Some charges aren't part of the booking and are paid on arrival, such as fuel and the car's security deposit. They're always shown on the listing and in the breakdown before you book.
Once we receive payment, your voucher appears in "My account": it has the booking number, the provider, the dates and what's included. It's what you show when you pick up the car, check in at the hotel or start the activity.
If the provider cancels your booking after you've paid, we offer you an equal or better option. If it doesn't suit you, we refund 100% of what you paid.
The provider's cancellation policy applies; you can see it on each listing before booking and on your voucher.
Your documents and contact details are shared only with the provider of your service, and never for advertising.
