Easy Travel & Services is a travel agency that acts as an intermediary between the customer and wholesale travel providers (hotels, car rental companies, airlines, tour and transfer operators) to arrange travel service bookings in Cuba, Mexico and the Dominican Republic, among other destinations.

When you fill in a booking form on this site, you are sending a booking request, not a confirmed booking or a charge. A Easy Travel & Services advisor checks real availability and the final price with the provider and contacts you (by WhatsApp, phone or email) to confirm the details before processing any payment.

Prices shown on the site are estimates in US dollars (USD), based on the provider's net price plus the agency's margin, and may vary with availability, season and the day's exchange rate.

For certain services — especially car rental — you must show a valid passport or ID when picking up the vehicle, and meet any other requirement of the provider (minimum age, valid driver's license, security deposit). The customer is responsible for having the immigration and travel documents required for their itinerary.

Nothing is charged when you send a request. Once availability is confirmed, payment is made to Easy Travel & Services by Zelle or bank transfer, in US dollars (USD), for the total shown in the breakdown before booking. Some charges are paid at destination and are always shown before booking (for example, fuel and the car security deposit, which is paid when you pick up the car according to the rental company's policy and refunded if there is no damage or incident). Each service has its own cancellation policy, set by the provider (hotel, rental company, airline, etc.). This policy is shared with you before you pay, and is also shown as a guide on each service's details on this site. In general, cancelling with less notice means a higher penalty on the total cost.

Easy Travel & Services acts as an intermediary and arranges bookings in good faith based on the information provided by its wholesale providers. We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, strikes, weather, immigration requirements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that affect the service provider. We will do our best to keep you informed and offer alternatives in any such event. If the provider cancels a service you have already paid for, we offer you an equal or better alternative or, if it doesn't suit you, we refund 100% of what you paid us for that service. We do not cover related third-party costs (for example, flights or hotels you booked on your own).

An account lets you see the status of your booking requests and use the live chat with an advisor. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account.
