Privacy Policy

We collect the data you give us directly when you use the site:

• When you create an account: name, email and password.
• When you complete your profile or a booking request: phone, passport or ID, country and state/province.
• When you use the live chat: the messages you send to an advisor.
• Automatically: your session identifier, to keep you signed in.

• To manage and follow up on your booking requests.
• To contact you to confirm availability, price and payment method.
• To share with the travel provider (hotel, rental company, airline, etc.) the data needed to complete your booking — for example, name and passport for a car rental.
• To answer your messages in the live chat.
• To send you the voucher or proof of a confirmed and paid booking.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing.

We share only the data strictly needed with wholesale providers (for example, the wholesale agency that manages real availability of hotels, cars, flights, tours and transfers) to complete the booking you requested. Our technical infrastructure (database, authentication) is provided by Supabase, under industry-standard confidentiality agreements.

The site always uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to your data in our database is restricted by row-level security rules: a customer can only see their own bookings and conversations; the agency administrator can see all bookings in order to manage them.

We keep your account and booking data while your account is active, or as long as needed to meet legal or accounting obligations related to bookings already processed.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to close your account, by writing to info@easytravelandservices.com. We will answer your request within a reasonable time.

We use the browser's local storage only to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (for example, your language or whether you turned on chat notifications). We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.

This site is not intended for people under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal data without adult supervision, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any important change will be posted on this page with its date.
